Plethora Management Consulting was started by current Managing Director George Tsafandakis with the purpose of supporting businesses deliver on their purpose, financial and operational goals.

The word Plethora means a large amount of  something, plentiful, bountiful. We are a multi-skilled business partner supporting clients on their innovation and growth journeys. We help SME’s  create a strategy, design their business models, construct execution plans & monitor progress

About George

​

George is an experienced IT professional having served as a programme manager and project director in large financial institutions as well as performing the role of Chief Operating Officer in a Fintech Payments company. He holds an honours degree in Information Systems from the University of Pretoria in South Africa and an Executive MBA degree from Imperial College London.

​

Plethora approaches each client engagement by understanding the business model, namely how the business makes money, its cost structure, unique value proposition, client segments, channels to market, key partners, key activities and key resources.

​

Together with the client, we then create the business and technology plan for the specific venture or change initiative, understand the objectives, dependencies and risks and support the customer in building and executing a delivery plan.
